1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using Planify, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.


2. Service Description


Planify provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for businesses to manage appointments, clients, services, and employees. Features include scheduling, client management, service customization, and employee coordination tools.


3. Subscription and Fees


  • Planify offers a subscription plan at $5 per month per employee for businesses in Argentina and $15 per month per employee for businesses in the rest of Latin America.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time by the user.

  • All fees are non-refundable, regardless of the usage or cancellation time during the billing cycle.


4. Modifications to Terms and Service


  • Planify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes.

  • Planify may also update, change, or discontinue any aspect of its service at its sole discretion.


5. Cancellation and Refunds


  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Users must cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

  • Planify has a no refunds policy for any fees paid.


6. Data Protection and Privacy


  • Planify collects data solely to provide and improve its service. This data is not shared except for the purpose of providing the service.

  • Users agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with Planify's privacy policy, which outlines data handling practices in detail.


7. Support and Maintenance


  • Planify provides email support for users at soporte@planify.la.

  • Users may contact Planify for support related to the use of the service or for any technical issues encountered.


8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law


  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


9. No Refunds Policy


  • Planify does not offer refunds for any subscriptions. Users can cancel their subscription at any time to stop future charges.


10. Limitation of Liability



  • Planify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
